Regular full-time and regular part-time employees that qualify for a monthly stipend under Chapter 3.25 SLWSDC and who are on paid status with the district at least 40 hours in a monthly pay period shall receive their monthly stipend for medical, dental, vision and HRA VEBA benefits under the rules outlined in Chapter 3.25 SLWSDC. Regular full-time and regular part-time employees that qualify for a monthly stipend under Chapter 3.25 SLWSDC and who are not on paid status for the district for at least 40 hours in a monthly pay period shall not receive a monthly stipend for medical, dental, vision and HRA VEBA benefits under the rules outlined in Chapter 3.25 SLWSDC.

Regular full-time and regular part-time employees who do not receive a monthly stipend and who are expected not to receive a monthly stipend in the following month(s) may elect to continue medical, dental, and vision coverage through the district’s COBRA option.
