(1) The district shall implement an updated drug and alcohol testing policy and testing procedures to comply with federal law.

(2) The district shall implement a workplace reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol policy and testing prcedures for all employees subject to a resonsable suspicion determination.

(3) The district shall implement a required drug test for applicants of safety sensitive positions upon receiving a conditional offer of employment from the district. [Res. 845 §§ 1 – 4, 2023; Res. 459 § 1, 1995.]
