Any person, firm, or corporation who willfully violates any provisions or requirements of this article shall be subject to monetary penalties in accordance with Chapter 9.05 SLWSDC and/or discontinuance of supply of district water to the service connection to the site where the violation exists and discontinuance of service shall remain in effect until corrective action has been completed in accordance with district standards.
