9.05.090 Fire protection for noncustomers.

(1) The following rate is established for water supplied by the district and received by noncustomer property owners used for fire protection services:

(2) Such charges shall be billed to the owner of record found on the tax rolls of the Snohomish County treasurer’s office. Such charges shall be enforced and collected pursuant to RCW 57.08.080 and 57.08.090 as now or hereafter amended.
(3) The district manager is directed to implement rules and procedures to be used to determine and measure the amount of water conveyed to noncustomers of the district for fire protection services. [Res. 375 §§ 1 – 3, 1984.]
